Troubleshooting and Service Calls for Centrally Supported Classrooms
Experienced TechSquad Technicians:
- Trained in troubleshooting centrally supported classroom A/V systems and basic computer support.
- Can usually talk you through to a resolution over the phone.
- Will be dispatched to the classroom if issue is not resolved by phone.
More complex issues, are escalated to the Instructional Computing Services support staff. Using remote management tools, they can identify issues and provide a quick resolution.


Departmental Service Calls
A/V support is available for a fee, for departmental spaces on either campus (MPC or MCV):
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Your university budget code is required before support is provided, so please have the code ready when you call.

Please Note:
Non-centrally supported service calls will be addressed based on resource availability. During times of heavy support requests, centrally supported calls will take priority over departmental requests. Please know that we will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible.
